Dear JEFFERSON,

The following order had EAR restricted product on it which could not be shipped without an export license. A certain number of our products are controlled by the US Government and we have to restrict the shipment of these products to certain parties or obtain an export license from the government. Mouser doesn’t currently apply for export licenses.

If there are other parts on the order, please confirm that you still want the remainder of order. If you still want the rest of the order, I will cancel the EAR parts and release from authorization hold and the order will go straight to the warehouse for processing. If there are no other lines on this order the order will be cancelled.

A venda deste componente é regulada pelo governo americano, por uma norma denominada EAR, Export Administration Regulations.

Ao desenvolver um novo chip, o fabricante deve registrar a utilização do mesmo. Se é para uso militar, medico, uso geral, etc.

A ST deve ter registrado esse chip para utilizaçao militar, além da utilizaçao generica.

Neste caso, quando o chip é registrado tambem para a area militar, só com a autorização do governo americano vc conseguira compra-lo.

Mas por que a ST iria classifica-lo para utilização militar?

Ele deve possuir algumas especificações eletricas dedicadas a area militar ou aero espacial como por exemplo, maior imunidade contra radiação.

A ST deve ter outros cortex equivalentes, sem restriçoes comerciais.
