O objetivo dele é de apenas aplicar um pulso de 500ms em 2 relés, a página é bem simples e contém apenas 2 botões, um para cada relé, ao clicar no respectivo botão o relé deverá ser acionado por aproximadamente 500ms, sim esse tempo pode ser aproximado.
O problema é que está dando muuuuita diferença no tempo, hora fica os 500ms hora fica uns 5 segundos e por ai vai.
